Questions about working here.

If your question isn't answered below, email careers@worldwidefreightlogistics.org and someone will get back to you directly.

Are these roles remote, hybrid, or in-office?+
All three roles are hybrid or fully remote. Hybrid means splitting time between home and our Medley, FL office; remote candidates work from home full-time. We'll confirm the specific arrangement for your role during the interview.
Do I need prior freight forwarding experience?+
It helps, but it isn't required for every role. Familiarity with logistics, customs paperwork, or customer service in a fast-moving operational environment matters more than having the exact job title before.
What does the interview process look like?+
A first conversation with the hiring manager to talk through the role and your background, followed by a skills-based conversation specific to the position. We aim to give a decision shortly after.
What equipment do remote employees use?+
We provide a laptop and the software you need to do the job. Remote staff are expected to have a reliable internet connection and a quiet space for calls with shippers and carriers.
How do I apply?+
Email careers@worldwidefreightlogistics.org with the role name in the subject line and a resume attached. You can also use the Apply button next to any listing above, which pre-fills the subject line for you.
Can I apply to more than one role?+
Yes. Send one email per role you're interested in, or list all of them in a single email and we'll route it to the right hiring manager.
